Jack and Nancy Donahoe and Darrell and Patricia Robinson, general partners with Prestige Properties of Rogers, used a $1.46 million loan April 8 from Arkansas National Bank to refinance a number of apartments and duplexes in Rogers.

The properties included were at 1325 and 1327 W. New Hope Road, 2700 W. Walnut St., 833 and 835 and 704-719 S. 23rd St.

The parcels include lots 7-10 in block four of Sunset Estates.
