Mathias Treads on with More Refinancing

Sam Mathias refinanced his 60,000-SF Treadco Inc. building at the Ozark Factory Outlet Stores mall at the corner of U.S. Highways 71 and 412 in Springdale. Treadco sells new and retreaded tires.
The $2.1 million mortgage was issued by Arkansas National Bank on April 17 and includes a 100-car parking lot adjacent to the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
Treadco is leasing the building. Mathias is still seeking tenants for another 2,500-SF building across the mall’s parking lot from Fun City, a children’s game center.
