Mathias Rolls on with Refinancing

Mathias Shopping Centers Inc. of Springdale combined and refinanced its notes on seven shopping centers across Northwest Arkansas. The $6.6 million loan received Feb. 22 from the First National Bank of Springdale was signed by Mathias owner, Sam Mathias.
The note includes all or portions of Market Court in Fayetteville, Market Square in Bentonville and five properties in Springdale: Madison Plaza, the Stage and Fred’s stores in the Ozark Factory Outlet Mall, USA Plaza, Emily II shopping center and the Shipley Baking building.
