Rogers Plaza Changes Hands

Woodland Plaza at 700 N. 13th St. in Rogers has sold, but its four tenants are staying.

Schmeiding Enterprises Inc. of Springdale bought the professional building Dec. 3 for $700,000 from Ronald and Karen Buckman and Norman and Judy Hanby of Rogers.

Lance Taylor, Schmeiding’s real estate coordinator, signed the note. Tenants in the 7,135-SF building include Sensormatic Electric Corp., Worden & Worden CPA, Northwest Arkansas Foot Clinic and Dr. Dean Papageorge.
