Two Northwest Arkansas consulting firms have created an alliance with a third firm to integrate and combine their services in OSHA consulting, compliance programs and training and other areas.
Mike Johnson and Associates Inc., based in Bentonville; Hazcorp Inc. of Rogers and LegalNet Inc. of Springfield, Mo. founded the alliance, which will use the name Mike Johnson and Associates name. The firms will remain independent but will integrate their services for new and existing clients.
Mike Johnson is a former safty director and claims administrator for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., and his firm has additional offices in Russellville and Tulsa, Okla. Principles in the Hazcorp firm are Cindy Hammons, a certified safety professional, and Jack McDaniel, an electrical engineer.
