Springdale Company Plans New Building

Advanced Information Management LLC of Springdale plans to build new offices and a storage facility at 1720 Arkansas Highway 264 with a $516,000 loan from Springdale Bank & Trust.
The construction loan was issued July 1 and signed by Don Ferran as president of Central Records Service and Michael Spillers as president of Advanced Record Storage LLC and managing partner of Advanced Information Management.
The company bought three acres for the construction from Spillers on June 30 for $70,000.
The company has started construction of the 20,000-SF building and plans to move into the facility by Nov. 1. Currently, the company is leasing 10,000 SF at 2863 Lowell Road in Springdale.
Advanced Information Management has been in business two years and specializes in storing and managing business records, including microfilming and document scanning.
