Cupit Street Building in Rogers Mortgaged

The building that houses the Rogers office of the Century 21 Cupit Street real estate office was mortgaged June 3 for $750,000.
Birdie Properties LLC of Fayetteville received the mortgage from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville. The mortgage is secured by the property at 211 N. 34th St. in Rogers. The loan was signed by David Fulton as a member of the company.
In April, Fulton and his wife, Elizabeth, transferred the ownership of the property to Birdie Properties.
Fulton is the former owner of the Century 21 franchise in Fayetteville. Bert and Michael Cupit bought the agency last December.
