In Our Backyard Reaches First Goal

The Northwest Arkansas business coalition raising money to help Arkansans get access to clean, safe running water has passed its first goal. In Our Backyard recently donated to the Safe Water Drinking Trust $50,000, a donation that was matched by The Ford Foundation.
The Safe Water Drinking Trust is a division of Community Resource Group, which is headquartered in Springdale. Upchurch Electric, McIlroy Bank & Trust, Superior Automotive Group, Jose’s Restaurant, Collier’s Drug, Marvin’s IGA and Blackwood/Martin & Associates are all members of In Our Backyard.
