Ghazi Issa and Steve Glenn plan to open their third Fayetteville restaurant within the next month.

Issa and Glenn are opening Northwest Arkansas’ first French restaurant — The Cafe de Paris chez Ghazi’s — at 1830 N. College Ave., a building adjacent to the Chief Motel that previously housed Tony’s Cafe and, before that, Cable Car Pizza.

The two already own two Ghazi’s Pesto Cafes, which serve primarily Italian food. The first one, at 1150 N. College Ave., opened last year. They opened a second restaurant May 15 in the building at 3075 Market Ave. that, until that day, housed Caprice, a Russian/American restaurant owned by Ben Israel. Caprice had been in business since last February.

The new restaurant will seat about 75 diners. Each Ghazi’s Pesto Cafe seats about 50.
