Faucette in at Har-Ber

There will be a new real estate company handling sales at the Har-Ber Meadows planned community development in Springdale.
Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate of Fayetteville signed a contract April 29 to list the property in the development for the next six months. The company replaces Lindsey & Associates of Fayetteville, which had the same contract for the past six months, says Roy Clinton, project manager for the development.
Clinton joined the development April 5 and has been reorganizing the marketing strategy.
“We are determined to get things started again,” Clinton says. “It’s going to take some resources to redevelop the marketing program.”
Clinton and the members of the development’s board of directors asked for proposals from several real estate agencies describing each company’s plan to market the property. Based on those proposals, the board selected Coldwell Banker Faucette, Clinton says.
George Faucette, owner of the agency, says his company plans an aggressive marketing campaign, including open houses, direct marketing and special promotions.
