Bugea Out at Har-Ber

Part of the changes occurring at Har-Ber Meadows include the closing of the Har-Ber Meadows Sales office.

The office had been operated by Lucy Bugea who also worked as the lone, full-time agent at the development. Her job was eliminated by the closing of the office.

Bugea was ranked by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal last month as one of the top five real estate agents in Benton and Washington counties. Bugea had sales and listings of $8.7 million last year, all within the planned community.

Bugea took the test for her brokerage license April 30 and plans to open her own agency. She will concentrate on selling the patio homes being built in the development.
