Two New Car Washes Planned in Fayetteville

Superior Car Wash is being built at 2870 E. Joyce Blvd. with a $570,000 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank in Springdale.
Ginger Construction Inc. of Fayetteville received the loan Nov. 24. It was signed by Donald Ginger as president of the company and Nan Ginger as secretary/treasurer.
Plans include building an eight-bay car wash on the land in north Fayetteville. Work was scheduled to begin Dec. 20 and should be completed by April 1. Seven of the bays will be self-service facilities and one will be an automatic car wash.
The company also bought 1.24 acres at 2585 E. Huntsville Road in southeastern Fayetteville on Nov. 24 and plan to build a second car wash next year. The land was purchased from Jim and Sherry Watson with an $80,000 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank.
