Six pieces of property in Springdale were used to secure a $612,500 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank of Springdale.
Larry Phillips received the loan Dec. 2 and includes an assignment of rents. The note is due Dec. 15, 2002.
The mortgage is secured by a 1,664-SF duplex at 405 Grove St., a 1,792-SF duplex at 1406 Powell St., a 5,904-SF apartment building at 606 Virginia St., a house at 4854 Parsons Road, and property at 507 Tyson St. and 205 Maple St.
Phillips received ownership of the property July 31, 1997, after Judy Phillips signed a quit-claim deed to him. Phillips is an Allstate Insurance agent in Springdale.
