Little Rock Company Buys Land

Alkar Realty of Little Rock bought two lots totaling 2.1 acres in the Carlon Center in Fayetteville on June 16.

Alkar received a $675,000 mortgage June 16 from Eagle Bank & Trust Co. of Little Rock to finance the purchase of the land and construction on the property. The loan was signed by Alvin E. Kohler as president of Alkar Realty.

Alkar paid $400,000 for the lots ($4.34 per SF) from Richard and Sue Coger of Huntsville. The land is adjacent to Shuler Autohaus at 2722 N. Drake St.

No plans detailing construction on the property have been filed with the city of Fayetteville.
