Arkansas Department of Human Services is suing Physicians Specialty Hospital for almost $1.75 million, claiming the Fayetteville hospital hasnt been paying its Medicaid assessments. Fayetteville lawyer John Everett, the hospitals attorney, says the law is unfair, requiring it to pay more than it receives in Medicaid reimbursements.
