Backyard Beekeeping

Did you know that every third bite of food can be linked to honey bees? Learn about the importance of honeybees and how we can use and protect them for future generations. “Bee” introduced to the handling and care of the bee colony for those who want to enhance their garden. Safety will also be covered and the proper placement of a hive in the garden or around the home.

On-campus location: Flanders Building, Room 200

Class will be held on Thursday, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. May 27th, at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.
