Local Coldwell Banker Affiliate Hires GM
Fayetteville-based Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette, the area’s largest real estate firm, announced Thursday (Sept. 15) the hiring of Neil Hubbard as the company’s general manager.
Pat Harris, a co-CEO of the firm, said Hubbard will be responsible for sales, marketing, operations and training for the company’s more than 200 agents in four offices in Northwest Arkansas.
Harris McHaney Faucette has been a franchisee in the Coldwell Banker system for 30 years.
“Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette is committed to growth in the Northwest Arkansas market and surrounding areas,” Harris said in a statement. “Neil will be an integral part of our continued growth strategy. He brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and vital brand knowledge from his service with Coldwell Banker corporate.
“His familiarity with the Coldwell Banker tools and resources will bring additional value to our sales associates.
Hubbard, a Memphis native, previously served as an executive business consultant for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, working with franchisees in a five-state area. Prior to that, he was vice president with Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury in Memphis.

Hubbard has worked with CBHMF the last two years in a consulting role.
“He already knows many of our sales associates and is familiar with the Northwest Arkansas market,” George Faucette, co-CEO, said in a statement.
CBHMF a total volume of $520 million dollars in residential sales in 2015, according to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s annual list of Largest Real Estate Firms, published in March.
CBHMF has been operating since February 2010, when Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate of Fayetteville and Harris McHaney Realtors of Rogers merged to create the new company, which maintains corporate headquarters in Fayetteville and branch offices in Rogers, Bentonville and Siloam Springs.
Faucette, president and owner of Coldwell Banker Faucette, and Harris, owner of Harris McHaney, became equal partners once their firms merged.
