O.A.K. Homes & Landscape of Hiwasse, led by Oliver Kiesel and Fred Anderson, was the seller.
Legacy National Bank of Springdale provided financing with a 30-year mortgage of $895,401.
Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney Faucette in Bentonville had the listing.
First National Title Co. in Bentonville was the title agent.
KOA bought the 1.39-acre lot in January 2015 for $119,000. Oak Tree Associates LLC, led by Bob David, was the seller.
Highway 112 Sale
A 4,305-SF home on 2.14 acres in Fayetteville has sold for $339,040.
BFT Rental LLC, led by Dale L. Benedict, bought the property on West Highway 112.
Haitham Alley of Little Rock, through an entity called Alley Development Company-Otter Creek Office Park, was the seller.
City Title & Closing LLC of Fayetteville was the seller.
Arvest Bank of Fayetteville provided financing with a one-year mortgage of $353,065.
Benedict is the president and owner of Bio-Tech Pharmacal Inc. of Fayetteville, a nutraceutical manufacturing company headquartered on an adjacent 33-acre tract at 3481 W. Highway 112.
Alley paid $363,000 for the property in October 2005. The James G. Sandlin Revocable Trust was the seller.
Dairy Queen Deal
A vacant, 2,800-SF retail building in Farmington has a new owner after a sale worth $275,000.
GT Management LLC, led by Delmer “Tom” Smith and Kendra Smith, bought the building at 310 W. Main St.
J&P Flash Inc. of Tennessee, led by Oscar Patterson and Dwayne Jones, was the seller.
Centennial Bank in Fayetteville financed the deal with a mortgage of $450,000.
Jacklyn Perry with Keller Williams Commercial of Fayetteville brokered the deal.
The former convenience store, known as Cardinal Corner, will be demolished, and GT Management is planning to develop a Dairy Queen restaurant on the 0.77-acre lot.
