Total Document Solutions Partners with Missouri IT Firm

As expected, platinum authorized Xerox dealer Total Document Solutions of Fayetteville entered into a non-compete, non-disclosure partnership with Missouri-based IT firm DaZZee Integrations.

DaZZee holds certifications in Cisco and Microsoft systems, among others, and gives TDS the ability to respond not only to print and copy issues, but to network issues as well.

TDS owner Tim Stanley said he had to form the partnership to survive. Too many times, he said, TDS was confronted with IT problems it was not qualified to resolve. The partnership with DaZZee and its engineers fixes the problem, and gives TDS a better foothold in the competitive Northwest Arkansas market.

“I had to evolve,” Stanley said.

 Moreover, the partnership itself could change over time.

“If this works out, one company will probably buy the other,” Stanley said.

Stanley has been in the copier industry for more than 25 years, so he qualifies as on old dog. And in his case, he had the wherewithal to learn a new trick.
