Printer Reshuffles Management Team

Mike Justus, chairman of the board of Springdale company Just-Us Printers Inc., has announced a restructuring of the firm’s management team, promoting his son and son-in-law to leadership roles.

Brett Justus is now president of the firm, and Justin Phillips is vice president. The two men have each been with the company for 15 years. They also each now own a 25-percent interest in the company. Justus owns the remaining 50 percent stake.

The reshuffling comes following the May 10 death of Mike Justus’ father, former CEO Tom Justus. He was 86.

Tom Justus founded Just-Us Printers in 1979. It is among the top 10 sheet-fed printers in Arkansas, and has 31 employees working from its 17,000-SF plant on three acres on Old Wire Road.

The pressroom has eight presses, including two 40-inch presses, and the bindery has complete labeling and mailing facilities.
