Fayetteville-based Rausch Coleman Homes is growing its top-level leadership team, and has turned to United Bank to make its latest hire.

Greg Allen, the longtime executive vice president and CFO at United Bank, is leaving the Springdale lender to join Rausch Coleman.

A formal announcement is expected soon, though it isn’t known what specific role Allen will have with the home builder.

Allen has been United Bank’s CFO since 2004.

Earlier this summer, you may recall that Rausch Coleman successfully swayed Andy Wilson to join the company as president. Wilson had been the executive leader of staff and operations at Springdale-based megachurch Cross Church since July 2008. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

With Wilson’s arrival, John Rausch, co-founder of the company and RCH’s previous president, took on the title of chairman-slash-CEO.
