Mums the Word on Hunt Tower Tenants, Ahead of November Opening

The 10-story, class-A office building, under construction at the corner of Pinnacle Hills Parkway and J.B. Hunt Drive in Rogers, is set to open Nov. 1, and tenants will move into the 230,000 SF of rentable office space in stages during the following 18 months.
California-based Advantage Sales & Marketing will be a lead tenant in the tower, combining its various offices in Bentonville and Rogers, and so will The Harvest Group of Rogers, now on Market Street.
We also assume Hunt Ventures, located about a quarter-mile northeast of the tower site, will relocate to the new property, but that is not confirmed.
George said the tower will house tenants of at least 2,500 SF, except for on the eighth floor, which is designed to accommodate smaller offices.
We’re eager to see which businesses move into the tallest building in Northwest Arkansas, as we’re sure you are.
