Glucose Health Relocates HQ From Florida to Bentonville Plaza

Glucose Health Inc., a publicly traded company previously headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, has relocated its corporate headquarters to Northwest Arkansas.
GHI, which has seven employees, will maintain its corporate headquarters at Bentonville Plaza.
GHI manufactures its flagship line of non-prescription Glucose Health products in the beverage category that helps Type-2 diabetes patients manage their glucose levels. The product is made in Gravette through Natural Solutions Labs, which manufactures and sells products to Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
The all-natural powder mix contains green tea, cinnamon and blueberry flavors, as well as a GHI proprietary blend.
Natural Solutions Labs, led by president and founder John Lykins, is a compounding pharmacy and wholesale distributor to pharmacy retailers nationwide and is the exclusive manufacturing partner of GHI. Lykins has also been named to the GHI board of directors.
The company’s sales and marketing programs are already initiated from Bentonville, as are shipping and fulfillment.
“Combining certain executive functions with sales and marketing will result in administrative synergies for our company,” CEO Murray Fleming said.
The company was incorporated in 2007 as Bio-Solutions Corp., but was required to change its name to satisfy a requirement of the Food & Drug Administration.
