Cameron Smith to Headline Fast 15 Event
Cameron Smith, president of corporate recruiting firm Cameron Smith & Associates Inc. in Rogers, will be the featured speaker at the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Fast 15 event, to be held May 12 at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House on the University of Arkansas campus.
The event is held annually in conjunction with the publication of a special issue of the Business Journal on May 11. The issue recognizes an exclusive group of 20-something professionals on the fast track to success.
Nominations are still being accepted through March 27.
To be considered, nominees must:
• Not turn 30 before May 11, 2015.
• Have made a significant impact on their companies and/or communities.
• Show the potential to be a leader in business or politics in the near future.
• Not have previously been a Forty Under 40 honoree.
• Be a resident of the Business Journal’s coverage area — Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Madison, Sebastian and Washington counties — through May11, 2015.

Smith has more than 20 years’ experience in executive search, beginning with Career Consultants in Southern California before founding his own agency in Los Angeles. He founded CSA in Bentonville in 1994.
In 2010, Smith launched CSA Outplacement & Career Coaching to assist companies during layoffs and downsizing.
Smith is considered a leader in the supplier community, and is actively involved in efforts to enhance the technology, international trade opportunities and higher educational resources available to world-class companies working in conjunction with Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
Smith serves on the board of directors for Bentonville-based America’s Car Mart Inc. and is also an executive board member for the Northwest Arkansas Council.
