ARBC/BS regional executive Mel Blackwood would not reveal the clinic’s location or a possible opening date, adding a formal announcement would be made when plans became finalized.
She did, however, issue a statement confirming the company added “thousands” of new members in Northwest Arkansas during the first enrollment period, and that Washington Regional Medical Center of Fayetteville is considering operating the Lowell clinic for the company.
