Local ABC affiliate KHBS/KHOG, Channels 40/29, announced on Sept. 15 it had hired Yuna Lee as a co-anchor and reporter. She replaces Kelly Johnson, who recently left the station after four years. Her final broadcast was Sept. 12.

Lee is scheduled to begin working at KHOG on Oct. 30. She will co-anchor “40/29 News Sunrise” with Ben Wagner and meteorologist Laura Huckabee.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Lee previously worked for WHIO-TV, the CBS affiliate in Dayton, Ohio. She has also worked for WHSV-TV in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida.

KHOG is owned by Hearst-Argyle Television Inc. of New York.
