Collective Bias will no longer have a presence in downtown Bentonville.

The shopper marketing agency moved into a 12,000-SF space of a new 22,000-SF office building in Rogers at 1750 S. Osage Springs Drive behind Bariola’s Pizzeria.

The move allows the company to consolidate its Bentonville headquarters and two other local offices, totaling about 9,000 SF, into one location.

Staff moved into the new location June 30, and a ribbon cutting is set for 10 a.m. on July 15.

Core Development LLC, led by Dusty Graham, owns the building on Osage Springs Drive.

“We are very sad to leave downtown Bentonville,” said Amy Callahan, co-founder and chief client officer. “It’s a great place to be. We love all the restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby.

“Unfortunately, though, there wasn’t really a spot big enough to house our entire team and leave room for growth,” she added.

Collective Bias has grown exponentially in recent years. It started with a staff of four in 2009 and currently has 104 full-time employees and 16 part-time employees.

Its revenue for 2014 is projected to be about $25 million, and the principals are now eying larger markets.

“Northwest Arkansas will continue to be Collective Bias’ worldwide corporate headquarters, but we will continue to expand in other important shopper marketing markets like Chicago, Minneapolis and Cincinnati,” CEO Bill Sussman said.
