Bassett Mix & Associates celebrated its 25-year anniversary June 13 with a luncheon and open house at its remodeled office at 3263 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville.
Founded in 1989 by Mary Bassett and David Mix, the firm has established itself as one of the top residential agencies in the region. The firm has 24 associates, and in 2013, 17 of them were million-dollar producers.
In 2013, based on data from the Multiple Listing Service, Bassett was the listing agent for the most expensive residential sale in Northwest Arkansas, the 6,800-SF mansion at 5024 Prestwick Circle in Fayetteville’s Clear Creek Subdivision. The home sold Sept. 30 for $1.45 million.
Mix registered $10.6 million in sales last year, while Bassett finished 2013 with $9.6 in sales. Overall, the firm tallied $67.9 million in sales and was the eighth ranked agency in the region.
