Fayetteville Startup First in State to Partner With Salesforce
Grandslam Performance Associates of Fayetteville announced Wednesday it has launched its online tool serve2perform.com on the Salesforce1 AppExchange, a cloud computing marketplace where users can access, download and install software applications.
GPA, a consulting firm founded in October 2012 by Adam Arroyos, is the first Arkansas-based independent software provider to integrate with San Francisco-based Salesforce, the world’s top provider of customer relationship management software.
According to a news release, GPA, a consulting firm specializing in diversity and inclusion, strategic relationship management and talent management, is now able to tap into Salesforce’s social, mobile and connected cloud technologies to help accelerate business transformation.
The learning platform serve2perform.com is designed to connect employees to skills training and professional development, ultimately aiding in the top priority of any company — developing, growing and retaining talent.
GPA’s clients include Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Tyson Foods Inc. and J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc.
Built on the Salesforce Customer Platform, the new social, mobile and cloud customer platform built to transform sales, service and marketing applications, the serve2perform.com app is now available at www.appexchange.com.
The download requires a corporate subscription of $12,500 annually, plus $100 per user and a one-time setup fee.
“We’re excited to connect Salesforce’s customers to our global serve2perform community of members,” Arroyos, CEO of GPA, said in a news release. Users on the serve2perform platform represent more than 115 corporations located in 12 countries and more than 30 states. “Our cloud-based tool provides an environment for companies where their employees can learn from each other and teach each other to grow employee engagement and to develop and sustain a high performing workforce.”
SalesForce’s AppExchange, a mixture of free and paid applications, was launched in 2005 as the first public directory of its kind. It has more than 2,300 partner applications and 2 million customer installations.
