Quarterly Business Event Set September 12 at UA
University of Arkansas economist Kathy Deck will provide an update on the economy’s progress at the Quarterly Business Analysis Luncheon September 12.
The event will start at 11:30 a.m. at the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development on the UA campus in Fayetteville.
It includes business highlights from the second quarter of 2013, key economic trends and projections, and discussion of other issues facing the regional and state economy.
The luncheons are a partnership between the UA’s Center for Business and Economic Research and the Northwest Arkansas chambers of commerce.
Deck, the center’s director, said the program is designed to help community leaders make better, informed decisions.
The cost for the program and luncheon is $40 and pre-registration by September 9 is required.
