Aloft Sale Final at $10.83 Million

Remember the $30 million hotel deal we recently told you about that shifted ownership of four properties from Fort Smith-based CSK Hotels Inc. to the New York REIF The Lightstone Group?
The selling price for one of those properties — the six-story Aloft in Rogers — settled at $10.83 million, according to the deed filed June 20 at the Benton County Courthouse.
When the upscale hotel opened in June 2008, the final price tag was a reported $13 million. Another of the properties in the Lightstone deal — TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Springdale — went for $4.73 million.
The other properties in the deal were in Jonesboro and Little Rock.
