Realtor.com to Provide Comprehensive Commercial Listings via Xceligent Inc.

Realtor.com and Xceligent Inc. announced an agreement in May to launch an enhanced commercial search function on the residential real estate website realtor.com, the official site of the National Association of Realtors.
CommercialSearch.com, owned by by Xceligent, will supply the content and give realtor.com users access to hundreds of thousands of commercial listings.
Xceligent, based in Independence, Mo., tracks commercial real estate data in 40 markets including Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock.
“We have seen increased investor activity in the residential housing market the last few year,” realtor.com president Errol Samuelson said. “Enhancing our commercial real estate search bridges the information gap for residential real estate investors who cross over into the commercial space.”
Realtor.com users will have access to the listings starting in the third quarter of this year.
“Realtor.com’s credibility and reach paired with our ability to aggregate a national commercial inventory make this a very powerful alliance,” Xceligent CEO Doug Curry said.
