Brand Engagement Firm Opens Creative Office in Bentonville

A brand engagement consulting firm based in Boston has opened an office in Bentonville.

The latest regionaal hub for Inward Strategic Consulting is at 3401 S.W. F St. off Arkansas Highway 12. ISC also has offices in Minneapolis, Chicago, San Francisco and Orlando.

The Bentonville office will help the company better serve its national clients, and have a staff of 16. Denise Davis is the operations manager of the Bentonville office.

ISC, founded in 1998, does internal branding for its clients, helping companies including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Hewlett-Packard and Zurich Financial Insurance align their employees’ behavior and attitudes with brand values so that they provide positive customer experiences.

The company typically works on a retainer, based on the scope of work and the level and number of consultants engaged on a project.
