The 2012 Class of Fast-Trackers
It should come as no surprise that many in this year’s class of Fast 15 stress the importance of building relationships — with their customers, co-workers, family and community.
After all, these twentysomethings cut their teeth on tools that allow them to stay constantly connected to others. They’ve learned early the value of relationships as a key to success in their careers and personal lives.
Only a few years out of college, the entrepreneurs, bankers, corporate managers and other professionals named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s fourth Fast 15 class are making their mark in their fields while enthusiastically working to give back to their communities through volunteer and civic activities.
Many also are starting families and learning to balance the demands of home and work.
The men and women featured on the following pages were selected by the Business Journal’s editorial staff from about 50 nominations. Of all those bright and accomplished individuals, these 15 stood out as having proved to their employers and peers that they’re on the fast track to success.
It’s fitting that the cover photo for this issue was taken at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
Just as great art brings new vitality and insight to the viewer, our Fast 15 bring fresh energy and perspective to the issues facing Northwest Arkansas. We look forward to seeing what they create in the years to come.
