INTRUST Bank NA recently made a short move, but an important one, according to Northwest Arkansas market president Paul Wilson.

“This signals an intentional effort on our part to take care of our existing customer base,” Wilson said. “That’s really the emphasis here.”

INTRUST entered the local market as a loan-production office several years ago, operating from the fourth floor of the same building that houses the Arkansas World Trade Center in Rogers. INTRUST converted to a full-service branch a couple of years ago, but was hindered by its location within the building.

“We could not do that effectively from the fourth floor,” Wilson said.

Thus, the move to the first floor and a space of about 3,000 SF, which is an increase of about 1,000 SF, was made. Some of the bank’s new amenities include a teller area, a second conference room and an ATM in the building’s atrium.
