Bentonville commuters have no doubt noticed the sudden closure of the Flash Market Citgo gas station/convenience store on busy South Walton Boulevard near Walmart headquarters.
A three-year lease on the property recently expired and T.J. Patterson, a spokesman from Flash Market Inc. in West Memphis, says the property is now on the market.
Flash Market operates close to 90 locations in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Mississippi, including eight in Benton and Washington counties.
The South Walton location is listed with Jim Shearin with Portfolio Luxury Real Estate in Rogers. The asking price for the 3,096-SF store and 1,300-SF car wash is $750,000. That includes the real estate, fixtures and equipment, but inventory and fuel will, of course, be purchased separately.
