Alan Cole, a principal at Colliers International in Bentonville, will be the featured speaker at the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Fast 15 event, to be held May 17 at Fayetteville’s Pratt Place Inn.

The event is held annually in conjunction with the publication of a special issue of the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. The issue recognizes an exclusive group of 20-something professionals on the fast track to success.

Nominations are being accepted through 5 p.m. today. For more details, please visit www.nwabusinessjournal.com and click on the “Best In Class” tab.

Cole works in Colliers International’s Arkansas brokerage division, and was selected as a member of the 2009 Fast 15 class. He holds the CCIM designation and specializes in tenant representation, development consulting, leasing, and land sales and acquisitions.

A past director of membership for the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals group, Cole was voted 2011 NWA Big Brother of the Year by Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas. He is that organization’s director of fund development and a member of its executive committee.

“Alan is a great example of the young professionals we recognize every year with our Fast 15 program,” Business Journal publisher Darin Gray said. “We look forward to honoring this year’s class and hearing Alan share his message.”
