Beck Haus Realtors Opens in Fayetteville

Area real estate veteran Leigh Anne Beck didn’t want to get much farther down the road without wondering “What if?”

Earlier this month, Beck channeled her considerable experience into her own company when she launched Beck Haus Realtors, a full-service real estate firm in Fayetteville. The company’s offices are in Signature Plaza at Crossover and Joyce.

“I didn’t want to wake up one day thinking, ‘Why didn’t I try that?’” Beck said. “I was ready to go for it. I feel like I have learned from the best.”

Beck spent 13 years with Lindsey & Associates in Fayetteville from 1995 to 2008, serving the area as Leigh Anne Branch for much of her time there.

Her average annual sales volume the last five years was $10.04 million. Her top year was in 2005, producing $13.07 million in sales volume to rank No. 46 in the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s list of top-producing agents.

Beck worked her way to senior vice president/executive broker status at Lindsey before transitioning to a different company, Portfolio Luxury Real Estate, in Rogers in 2009.

Beck Haus opened with one other agent, Fayetteville native Sheri McBride, and two additional employees. Beck said a grand opening event is being planned for a January date to be determined.
