Chris Crossland and John Lawrence, partners in Rescue Heroes LLC, plan to build a 220,000-SF warehouse and office facility in Bentonville’s 23-acre Beau Chene Crossing medical office park.

The large-scale development plan for the building at 2400 S.E. S St., near Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville, depicts a two-story red brick and glass structure. The first floor will be mainly warehouse space, while the second floor will be used for offices.

Crossland and Lawrence formed Rescue Heroes LLC in 2004.
