Joe Hardin and Karina Rolf-Campos provide nutritional counseling and education at their new store, Fayetteville Nutrition, in the Bellafont retail center off Joyce Boulevard.

“Ninety percent of our business is weight loss,” Hardin said, though they also work with bodybuilders trying to add muscle.

Fayetteville Nutrition is an Herbalife nutrition club, Hardin explained. At the 1,200-SF store, customers can get a free wellness profile and samples of protein drinks and tea. They can also attend weekly classes on nutrition.

Alan Cole of Colliers International represented the property owner, and Jeff Kemp of Flake & Kelley Commercial represented the tenant.

Enterprise Bank & Trust of Clayton, Mo., which helped finance the Bellafont project of former Northwest Arkansas developer Brandon Barber, owns the property. Barber’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in July 2009 showed Enterprise held a secured claim on it for $15.85 million.

Bellafont includes two other buildings, which house Mason’s Boutique and Mellow Mushroom.
