Inns and Outs at Carnall Hall

The Inn at Carnall Hall in Fayetteville is working under a temporary management agreement with Vista Host Management.

If the latter entity sounds familiar, it likely is because it’s the same group that manages Fayetteville’s Courtyard by Marriott. As we understand it, T.J. Angeleno, who serves as the area director for the Houston-based Vista Host, is spearheading the efforts at the Inn at Carnall Hall.

Ted Belden and Rob Merry-Ship remain owners of the property, which also contains Ella’s Restaurant and Lambeth Lounge, on the University of Arkansas campus. Belden and Merry-Ship, we’re told, interviewed three management groups before settling on Vista Host.

A permanent agreement should be in place in the next four to six weeks.
