Whispers told you about the awards Crafton Tull & Associates recently received from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arkansas for projects in Fayetteville and Rogers/Bentonville.

Now we’ve learned the council also recognized CEI Engineering Associates Inc. of Bentonville for the Main Street Rogers Intersection Enhancement project.

The council gave CEI an Engineering Excellence Award for the project.

CEI provided surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting and construction administration. R. Erin Rushing was the project manager.

Also, Marlon Blackwell Architect won a Grand Award in the 19th annual Custom Home Design Awards for The Cottages at Fallingwater.

The Fayetteville-based firm designed the cottages to house visitors to Fallingwater, a home near Mill Run, Pa., designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
