A Fayetteville restaurateur plans to keep his business under one roof, just a different one.

Michael Theodore, owner of Kosmos Greekafe on Dickson Street, said he’s decided to relocate the restaurant to a new building – formerly an Arby’s – on North College Avenue.

We told you in April of Theodore’s purchase of the building for $395,000. At the time, he was deciding whether to relocate to the College location or make a go of running two locations.

“I’m a pretty hands-on [owner],” said Theodore, who opened Kosmos five years ago with his wife, Catherine. “I thought I had someone I could leave behind [to run the Dickson location], but it just didn’t happen. We’re moving the whole operation to College.”

Theodore said he hopes to open the new location “sometime around July,” depending on the completion of the renovation work being done.
