Bentonville Hotel Earns Gold Award

Choice Hotels International announced last month its list of Gold Award winners, and that list included the Bentonville Clarion Hotel & Convention Center.
The awards are presented annually to the top 10 hotels in each of CHI’s 11 brands. The awards are based on performance in three categories – guest services, cleanliness and general condition of the property.
Bentonville general manager Patrick Jennings said the honor represents quite a turnaround for his location, which ranked in the bottom half of the 175 to 180 Clarions worldwide as recently as two years ago. Jennings credited the turnaround to an “overall staff attitude adjustment.”
