Commerce Commences Fayetteville Church Addition

Commerce Construction Co. of Springdale recently purchased a building permit valued at $3.25 million.

The permit is for the construction of a two-story 30,481-SF building for the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville at 20 E. Dickson St. The building is adjacent to College Ave.

Commerce is the general contractor. Northwest Electric Inc. of Fayetteville is the electrical contractor. Johnson Mechanical Contractors, also of Fayetteville, is the plumbing contractor.

Professional Air Systems LLC of Lowell is the heating and air contractor.

Miller Boskus Lack Architects of Fayetteville is the architect on the project.

The building will be used for collegiate education and youth activity space. The project is slated for a September completion.

Bank of the Ozarks is providing the financing.

Saul and Luis Sosa, and Fredi Valle, through their Bright Investments LLC of Fayetteville, recently paid Armstrong Tools LLC of Van Buren $900,000 for property in Fayetteville.

The two buildings total 46,674 SF and are located at 2501 Armstrong Ave.

The sale closed on Jan. 24. Richard L. Miller signed the deed.

 

Rubber Solutions

Sold to Dominguez

Rafael Dominguez recently purchased a 25,500-SF building for $669,000.

The industrial building, constructed in 2000, is located at 585 Jean Mary Drive in Springdale. The business in the building is Rubber Solutions.

Dominguez bought the property from the Butler, Lynch Revocable Trust.

U.S. Bank NA loaned Dominguez $568,200 for the purchase of the building.
