Tim and Dayna McGuire, through their Cornerstone Construction, have several starts in the Riverwalk Farms Estates subdivision of Bentonville.
Five homes under construction are valued at a combined $1.25 million.
Riverwalk is north of Arkansas Highway 12 and south of Arkansas Highway 102, near Greenhouse Road. The homes are being built at 2502 and 2504 SW Glen Ridge Rd., 3600 SW Ashmont Ave., 3408 and 3500 SW Windy Ave.
The homes range between 2,200 SF and 3,000 SF, are 4 bedrooms and list between $235,000 and $300,000.
Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, central vacuum systems, hand-textured walls, crown molding, gas log fireplaces with remote control, hardwood flooring in living areas and six-foot whirlpool tubs. All homes have insulated 3-car garages and irrigation systems in the flowerbeds.
Riverwalk has a community pool and the POA dues are $420 per year.
Subcontractors working on the homes include Bradford Plumbing Inc., Benton County Heat & Air, Foster Insulation, Action Pest Control and Lute Electric. BBB Septic & Portable Toilets provided sanitation services.

Two family members recently purchased condos in Fayetteville’s Legacy Building valued at a combined $1.26 million.
Kyle Naples, through his Jet Investments LLC, purchased a condominium and two parking spaces for $700,000.
The 4,377-SF condo is unit 201 and recently appraised for $443,892.
James Naples purchased unit 601 and 2 parking spaces for $560,000. The property recently appraised for $477,666.
Both condos were bank-owned; the building was foreclosed on in 2008. Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock owned a 47.2 percent stake, First National Bank of Fort Smith had a 35.3 percent stake and the First National Bank in Green Forest had a 17.4 percent stake in the 2 units.
