Hawk Expanding After Return to Area

Tony Hawk, formerly director of both corporate education and business development at The Soderquist Center, has launched his own company in Rogers.

Hawk and Associates will focus on executive coaching for senior leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, etc. Hawk, who spent two years working in Atlanta before returning to Northwest Arkansas last spring, also is offering his services as a licensed marriage and family therapist.

“Part of my primary focus is working with leaders and their families,” Hawk said. “There are a lot of issues out there that if not addressed, can really derail a career.”

Hawk also currently is heading Cameron Smith Associates’ outplacement and career coaching division.
