Sage Partners Sees Success at Village on the Creeks

Give David Erstine of Sage Partners LLC credit. The guy essentially put together lease agreements for Village on the Creeks right up until the point Dewitt Smith III and other investors took over ownership.

Erstine, representing VOC Properties LLC, and former VOC owner Carmen Lehman of Century 21 Real Estate LLC worked together to get The Max Reshop Boutique into a 5,600-SF space formerly occupied by Dilly Dally’s toy store. The resale shop is an extension of Mercy Health Foundation of Northwest Arkansas.

Another Erstine effort will result in a Kum & Go convenience store opening at the intersection of McCollum Road and Arkansas Highway 72 in Bentonville. The store will be located on the west side of the Exit 88 interchange. Paul Esterer of Grubb & Ellis/Solomon Partners represented the seller.
