Rogers? Village on the Creeks Sold

A company led by former Cooper Realty Investments president and CEO Dewitt Smith III is part of partnership that has purchased Village on the Creeks in Rogers for $22.25 million.

The sale closed August 30.

Smith is the president of Devereux Management Co., which is the general partner of the group involved in the purchase.

“In just the last three months during which we have been finalizing the transaction, the total square footage under lease has increased by approximately 39,000 square feet,” Smith said in a prepared statement. “That is a testament to both the quality of the development and the outstanding management team of Sage Partners led by David Erstine.”

Former owner Carmen Lehman transferred ownership of VOC, originally a $30 million development, to Arvest Bank last year. Sage Partners handled its management in the aftermath of that transaction, and also brokered the recent sale.
