Nobles departs Arkansas Realtors Association

Ethan Nobles is no longer media relations director for the Arkansas Realtors Association. With his departure – which became effective July 7 – the office is down to six employees. CEO Andy Schaus confirmed that “Ethan’s leaving wasn’t planned,” though he declined any further explanation.
“We are looking for a replacement,” Schaus said. “We have not started recruiting at this point. We are making arrangements to keep information going to the press and our members.”
Schaus went on to note that Nobles had a good record at the firm, and had developed positive relationships with the news media. Nobles joined the ARA in 2005.
According to the group’s Web site, Nobles was in charge of compiling and releasing monthly and weekly housing market statistics, writing a weekly column, issuing press releases, and serving as editor and primary writer for the blog and print editions of The Arkansas Realtor.
